What you get
- A dedicated advertisement in the size you reserve on an EMM (East Mountain Mailer) shared-mailer campaign.
- Category exclusivity—EMM accepts only one advertiser per approved business category for the campaign. Categories are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis after approval and deposit payment.
- Professional design assistance by EMM using the business information, artwork, and preferences you provide.
- An advertisement proof for your review and approval before printing.
- A QR code linked to the destination you choose.
- Printing and distribution with the October 2026 shared-mailer campaign.
- Approximately 10,000 mailpieces provided to USPS for distribution across selected carrier routes in the East Mountains, including routes in Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Sandia Park, and Edgewood.
- Your business featured on the East Mountain Mailer website and in the East Mountain Business Guide for a minimum of six months.
Before you apply
- This is a shared mailer featuring many local businesses.
- EMM may cancel the campaign if there is not enough advertiser participation. If EMM cancels the campaign, deposits will be refunded.
- EMM is targeting an October mailing, but may move the mailing date if necessary.
- The planned mailer is 12 × 9 inches. EMM may reduce the overall mailer size if necessary, but your reserved ad dimensions will remain the same.
- Submitting this form does not reserve a category or placement. EMM must approve the request first.
- After approval, a $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot. EMM-cancelled campaigns receive a deposit refund; otherwise deposits are nonrefundable.
- The deposit is credited toward the ad price. Your Stripe payment method will be saved and the remaining balance charged when EMM confirms the campaign is full/set.
