Advertising terms
October 2026 Campaign
Terms for requesting, reserving, preparing, and paying for an advertisement in the shared East Mountain Mailer.
Last updated September 11, 2026. “EMM” means East Mountain Mailer, a service of Momentary Utopia, Inc.
Request and approval
A submitted form is a request, not a reservation. Category and placement availability remain subject to EMM review and approval. EMM may accept or decline a request in its discretion, including to manage category conflicts, content, capacity, or fit.
Campaign format and timing
This is a shared mailer containing advertisements from multiple businesses. EMM plans to provide approximately 10,000 mailpieces to USPS for distribution across selected carrier routes in the East Mountains, including routes in Tijeras, Cedar Crest, Sandia Park, and Edgewood. Final quantity, selected routes, delivery timing, and coverage may change. EMM may cancel the campaign if there is not enough advertiser participation. EMM is targeting an October 2026 mailing, but may move the mailing date if necessary. The planned overall mailer size is 12 × 9 inches. EMM may reduce the overall mailer size if necessary; the dimensions of the advertiser’s reserved ad will remain the same.
Prices, deposit, and saved payment method
Small (3 × 2 inches) is $350, Medium (3 × 4 inches) is $699, and Large (6 × 4 inches) is $999. Applicable gross receipts tax is additional. After approval, a $100 Stripe deposit is required to reserve the advertiser’s spot and is credited toward the selected ad price.
By paying the deposit, the advertiser authorizes Stripe to save the payment method for EMM and authorizes EMM to charge the remaining selected-ad balance when EMM confirms the campaign is full/set. Stripe—not EMM—collects and stores card details.
Cancellation and refunds
If EMM cancels the campaign, EMM will refund the deposit. Otherwise, deposits are nonrefundable, including if the advertiser withdraws, misses a deadline, or does not provide usable content. This deposit policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Artwork, content, and proof approval
Professional design assistance and a proof are included. The advertiser must provide accurate, usable copy, logos, images, contact details, offers, and links on EMM’s requested schedule and respond promptly to proof requests. The advertiser is responsible for final review of spelling, pricing, dates, contact details, QR destinations, and other content before approval.
The advertiser represents that it has the rights and permissions needed for all supplied names, marks, images, text, offers, and other material. EMM may reject unlawful, misleading, infringing, offensive, or technically unsuitable material.
EMM may require reasonable revisions to advertiser-supplied artwork, including completed advertisements, business cards, logos, images, and copy, when EMM determines in its discretion that the material will not reproduce clearly, fit the reserved dimensions, remain legible, or meet the visual and quality standards of the shared mailer. Placement is contingent on the advertiser timely approving or supplying the required revisions.
QR codes and results
The advertiser is responsible for providing and maintaining the requested QR destination. Websites and offers can change or become unavailable after printing. EMM does not guarantee scans, leads, sales, revenue, or any other advertising result.
